We ship from our U.S. warehouse.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be declined. You may return your order for a full refund once it’s delivered.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
We process and ship orders Monday–Friday, within 1–2 business days of your order date. Please allow extra time during holidays and major sales. We do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
90% of our products ship within 2 business days.
Due to high demand, some trending items may take 1–2 weeks to arrive.
To ensure faster delivery, some products may be fulfilled and shipped through trusted partners like Amazon. This helps us speed up delivery times and keep products in stock.

What if I don’t receive my order?
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
All prices are listed tax-free in USD. You may owe import duties or taxes once your order arrives; these fees are set by your local customs office and are your responsibility. We are not liable for customs delays.
How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
Email support@holidaydepo.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and any relevant details. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of our receipt of your return or cancellation. If you don’t see it posted, please contact your bank or card issuer.
